NATURE AND SCOPE
The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving,
interviewing visitors, and direct them to proper offices.
He/she will report to the General Manager.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To type both open and classified letters;
- To keep information and records of events, appointments, visitors and meetings for the General Manager;
- To make travel arrangement on official trips of the General Manager;
- To search forfiles and documents concerned;
- To receive files as well as letters and distribute to responsible persons;
- To collect, to keep and return files and documents in proper places; and
- To perform any other related duties as may be assigned by Supervisor
KEY QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Applicant must possess a Diploma in Secretarial Studies from any accredited institute or any Government recognized Institution.
- At least one year of relevant working experience in a reputable institution.
- Applicant shouldn’t have any criminal record.
- Must be a computer literate.
- Ability to work under lower supervision.

The successful candidate will responsible for daily transaction including managing of petty cash. He/she will report to the Head of Finance Department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To keep all books of original entry.
- To receive cash from customers
- Perform cash payments to customers
- Reconcile daily receipts against payment.
- Confirm deposits made through bank and record in bank receipts book.
- Prepare daily reports

NATURE AND SCOPE
The successful candidate will be responsible for reconciliation of insurance premiums with insurance companies, tracking commission’s receivable from insurance companies, meet assigned targets for premium collections for both life and general Insurance. He/she will report to the General Manager.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To Plan, organize, direct and control Insurance Department activities Responsible for reconciliation of insurance premiums with insurance companies, tracking commissions receivable from insurance companies meet the assigned targets for premium collections for both life and general Insurance
- To constantly check for fulfillment of the legal, statutory and regulatory requirements of Bank of Tanzania and Insurance Regulatory Authority and other relevant bodies,
- Responsible for the operations of the Insurance business and be a representative of the SACCOS in all matters of Insurance business with regulatory authorities.
- To advise costumers on suitable insurance products available.
- To prepare reports on business development in respective functional areas
- Responsible to maintain all Insurance records as specified by the insurance regulator in the insurance regulations and as per the insurance policy of LULU SACCOS
- Manage and coordinate handling of claims and customer complaints with insurance companies.
- To perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANTS
NATURE AND SCOPE
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the accountant in providing full accounting services including monitoring and developing budget, audit, client Management, Financial analysis and reporting system – based validation of transactions. He/she will report to the Head of Finance Department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Checking and inspecting daily transaction
- Keeping, recording fixed asset register and all other financial records.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation.
- Assist in Preparing books of accounts.
- Reviewing invoices from suppliers
- Reconcile the accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform monthly reconciliation on members Share accounts, Savings accounts, Deposit account and Loan account.
- Report to his/ her head of department on liquidity status Daily, Weekly and Monthly
- Perform all other duties as directed by his or her work supervisor.
