Key Responsibilities

Selected candidates will support the bank’s sales activities and help expand its customer base through the following duties:

1. Achieving Sales Targets
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets by promoting retail banking liability products such as savings and deposit accounts.

2. Customer Engagement
Identify, approach, and interact with potential customers daily to introduce the bank’s products and services.

3. Account Opening Support
Assist customers during the account opening process and ensure that all required documents are correctly completed and submitted.

4. Compliance with Banking Regulations
Ensure adherence to banking policies and procedures, including Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.

5. Professional Representation
Represent the bank professionally and maintain a strong customer-first service approach when interacting with clients.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

Education: Minimum Form Four (O-Level) up to Diploma level
Age: 18 years and above

Technical Requirement:
Applicants must own an Android smartphone (Version 7 or higher) with at least a 5MP camera.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team

• Confidence in approaching and engaging customers

Experience:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail banking will be an added advantage
