Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor the Reverse Osmosis (RO) water treatment system.
- Record daily operational parameters including pressure, flow, conductivity, and pH.
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of the system.
- Carry out membrane cleaning (CIP – Clean In Place) and filter replacement when required.
- Monitor chemical dosing (antiscalant, chlorine, and other chemicals).
- Ensure treated water quality consistently meets required standards.
- Maintain accurate operation logs and strictly follow all safety procedures.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Certificate or Diploma in Water Treatment, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge or hands-on experience in RO plant operations.
- Ability to accurately record data and strictly follow operating procedures.
- Basic mechanical skills and troubleshooting capabilities.

- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and relevant regulations.
- Read and interpret electrical circuit diagrams accurately.
