Brand Experience Manager at KCB Bank

Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and implement comprehensive brand experience strategies that align with KCB Bank brand objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
Conduct effective consumer research and insights that reveal both hidden and unhidden customer insights on the brand positioning.
Establish brand experience metrics and key performance indicators to measure impact and effectiveness.

Recommended:


Develop, maintain, and enforce the brand style guide to ensure consistent application across all platforms and touchpoints.
Ensure all marketing activities, including events and market activations, embed the desired brand identity and experience, and comply with brand standards.
Coordinate employee brand advocacy initiatives that align internal stakeholders with the brand’s values and messaging.
Build and manage an effective management information system for capturing insights and lessons learned from brand building initiatives for continuous improvement.
Develop and pitch integrated brand campaign proposals, including live, experiential, and digital media campaigns.
Ensure that all events and activations adhere to brand standards, policies, and implementation guidelines.
Develop partnerships budget forecasts based on pre-agreed deliverables; while adhering to budgets, reputational risks (security, accidents etc.) by engaging widely and building in mitigations.
Identify, develop and manage deep community partnerships with philanthropic organisation groups and corporate sponsorships.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Track and monitor progress against Brand Experience Strategy.
Partner engagements – agency, Brand teams etc
Budget management and review.
Event schedule planning
Reporting on events and documenting learnings

Monitor, assess, and report on sustainability initiatives.
Facilitate internal and external stakeholder engagements on all matters relating to sustainability, for instance, establishing and coordinating the activities of the sustainability working group.
Conduct sustainability- or environment-related risk assessments and reports as per stakeholders’ requests.

Senior Marketing Manager at KCB Bank

Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee and lead the execution of comprehensive Brand Plan strategy supported and co-created with business and non-Business units, whilst ensuring alignment with the Bank’s brand strategy, marketing policies and procedures, leveraging on market insights and trends to drive business growth.
Lead the commercialization of new products and services, overseeing product launches, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to maximize sales and market penetration
Work with product owners – to develop appropriate and responsive systems and tools to market the bank’s products and services within Business Functions.
Ensure appropriate application of brand usage guidelines, marketing policies in the marketing of the Bank’s products and services as developed by the Business functions; and ensure consistency in the marketing of products and services across the Bank whilst attending to local uniqueness.
Provide expert support – in developing effective marketing strategies for relevant Business and non-business Functions of the Bank
Utilize data-driven insights and metrics to evaluate marketing performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize strategies for maximum Return on Investment.
Develop appropriate metrics and dashboards to measure the impact of marketing activities to the bottom line.
Cultivate and maintain reexhibitships with key stakeholders e.g. agencies supporting their own area and challenge the agency to ensure the best possible output on the brands by ensuring the attainment of innovative media plans and creative material, which exhibit clear understanding of brand values, consumer motivation and competitive context.
Effective management of the marketing budget.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and direction to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture focused on achieving results.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage all marketing activities, advertising and promotional activities, and effectively manage promotional materials and their distribution.
Manage and enhance the corporate brand through effective mediums of advertising (Digital media, radios, billboards, mail shots, branding etc.)
Manage and clearly articulate product positioning, messaging, collateral and promotion goals and strategies.
Work with Design houses, printers, agencies and ensure all developed communication adheres to the set brand guidelines
Manage Marketing budget and provide tracking reports on marketing expenditure (reconciliation with finance on all payments and procurement e.g. ensuring LPOs are issued)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create, adapt and finalise minor creative artworks e.g. Job ads, Tender Notices, simple product artwork and all E-Shot campaigns for Internal and external communication, including resizing to fit specifications.
