Qualifications and Experience

  • 0-3 years of combined field experience in power supply operations.
  • Minimum VETA Certification, maximum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed university.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage shift operations and ensure safe operation of DCS panel and boiler.
  • Troubleshoot issues and handle emergencies.
  • Monitor coal, ash, and water levels; take timely actions.
  • Coordinate with operators for minor maintenance.
  • Ensure environmental compliance during shifts.
  • Plan load management and stoppages.
  • Perform routine checks and report status.
  • Maintain shift logs and record operational changes.

Required Skills

  • Skilled in major boiler and turbine repairs.
  • Experienced in AFBC boiler startups (cold and hot) from DCS and field.
  • Able to handle operational emergencies (blackouts, system failures, load issues).
  • Capable of managing breakdowns (bed coil puncture, replacement, hydro testing).
  • Knowledgeable in boiler and DCS troubleshooting.

CCR Officer - Mills at Lake Cement Limited

Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma or Graduate in Chemical Engineering or B.Sc. in Chemistry.
  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in CCR operation of a cement plant.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Operate plant equipment (VRM, Ball Mill, Kiln, Cement & Coal Mill) from CCR to meet targets.
  • Ensure safety of personnel, equipment, and compliance with protocols/ISO standards.
  • Train and guide CCR operators to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Coordinate maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain steady operations.
  • Ensure product quality, support shutdowns/breakdowns, and handle tasks from management.
