Manager - Learning & Talent Management at DTB
Job Purpose The role focuses on designing, delivering, and supporting initiatives that drive employee development, build leadership capability, support talent management, and implement employee engagement strategies across the bank. It plays a key part in creating a high-performance culture, developing future leaders, and aligning learning programs with business goals.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Learning & Development
- Conduct training needs analysis and create staff development plans in collaboration with Business Heads.
- Coordinate the overall learning and development functions within the bank.
Leadership Development
- Support the bank’s leadership development framework.
- Manage quality assurance across leadership levels and run capability-building programs.
Talent Management
- Oversee the development and implementation of talent management strategies and succession planning for the bank.
Stakeholder Engagement & Project Management
- Lead or support projects related to employee engagement, culture transformation, or performance enablement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, or any related field.
- A Master’s degree or postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
Work Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in a Human Resources role.
