PROCUREMENT MANAGER (1 POSITION)
Role Purpose:
To overseeing and managing the organization’s procurement process purchasing, supplier coordination, and inventory management while ensuring transparency and efficiency in operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- supplier sourcing, quotation analysis, and purchase order processing.
- Find market research and supplier evaluations and cost comparison exercises
- Supervise procurement staff, monitor stock levels, and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
- Maintain supplier relationships and ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards.
- Enforce procurement policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Support budgeting and cost-control efforts across departments.
- Lead and mentor the procurement team to ensure performance excellence.
- To perfome other duties that may be assigned by the management.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration. Certified Procurement and Supplies Professional (CPSP-T) is an advantage. Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail procurement management.
PROCUREMENT SUPERVISOR (3 POSITIONS)
Role Purpose:
To support the procurement manager in day-to-day purchasing, supplier coordination, and inventory management while ensuring transparency and efficiency in operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in supplier sourcing, quotation analysis, and purchase order processing.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases.
- Ensure timely delivery and follow-up of ordered goods.
- Support in market research, supplier evaluations and cost comparison exercises.
- Coordinate with finance and stores on payment and inventory reconciliation.
- To perfome other duties that may be assigned by the management.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration. Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in retail or wholesale operations. Attention to detail, organization, and commitment to ethical conduct.
CASHIER (3 POSITION)
Role Purpose:
To handling all cash, card, and electronic transactions accurately, ensuring excellent customer service and integrity in all financial reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
- Operate cash registers and point-of-sale systems.
- Issue receipts and balance cash at the end of shifts.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- To perform any other duties that may be assigned by the management
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma Accounting, Finance, Business or related field with minimum 1- or 2-years’ experience in Accounting, Finance, Commerce with high integrity, accuracy, and analytical ability.
SUPERMARKET MANAGER (2 POSITIONS)
Role Purpose:
To lead branch operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff performance, and achieve profitability targets with strong leadership, analytical, and reporting skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee branch operations including sales, inventory, and staff supervision to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and compliance with operational standards.
- Monitor performance indicators, sales targets, and profit margins.
- Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and HR for smooth branch operations.
- Monitor sales performance.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Procurement departments for operational synergy.
- Enforce compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
- Resolve customer complaints and maintain service quality.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field. Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail management or supermarket operations. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Customer-oriented approach and operational discipline. Ability to coordinate field and administrative teams effectively.

Role Purpose:
To supervise daily supermarket floor operations, ensuring adherence to standards, staff performance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily floor operations and ensure stock keeper performance.
- Manage product display, pricing, and stock rotation.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Track sales performance and prepare daily reports.
- Support training and motivate stock keeper.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or Retail Management. Minimum 2 years’ experience in supermarket or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods supervision.
STORE KEEPER (15 POSITION)
Role Purpose:
Responsible for managing, organizing and safe guarding all items and stocks in the store ensuring accurate records of goods and maintaining proper inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, record, and issue goods and materials
- Maintain proper stock records and inventory.
- Ensure safe custody and proper arrangement of goods in the store.
- Conduct regular stock-taking and reporting.
- Verify quality, quantity, and specifications of delivered items before acceptance and storage.
- Safeguard store property against theft, loss, damage, and deterioration.
- Issue goods and materials to departments and member societies upon authorization.
- Document all items issued in or out of the store.
- To perform any other duties that may be assigned by the management.
