install, maintain and repair commercial machinery. The successful

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monitoring & optimising power supply
- Attends to the maintenance of Commercial equipment & machinery as per SOPs & Bio-Security standards
- Attends to repairs on machinery & equipment as required
- Assists with the installation of all new Hatchery equipment & machinery
Minimum Qualifications and Skill:
- FTC/Diploma holder in Electrical, Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering
- 2 years of experience as a Technician/Electrician.
- Knowledge of Electrical/Electronic designs, installations, and maintenance.
- Willingness to perform Electro-mechanical maintenance and repairs
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking and problem solving
- Great Organizational and time management skills
- Lives in Kerege Bagamoyo or willing to relocate

- Responsible for supervising and coordinating activities in the Eggs Department as per SOPs
- Responsible for supervising and coordinating activities in the Chicks Department as per SOPs
- Responsible for Hygiene Maintenance in assigned area of work
- Responsible for supervising the assigned Hatchery workers team
- Responsible for motivating & enforcing team compliance with all relevant company SOPs & policies, statutory regulations and expected company behaviours at all time
- BSc or Diploma in Agriculture/Animal Science/ Animal Health and Production
- Sufficient poultry experience (2 years)
- Production experience is an added advantageLeadership skills
- Above average computer skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Above average written and verbal communication skills.
- Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
