 Job Description
A: BASIC MATHEMATICS AND PHYSICS TEACHERS
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
i) A candidate must possess Bachelor of Education in Science or Bachelor of Science with Education majoring in Mathematics and Physics.
ii) A candidate with several years of teaching experiences is required, though fresh graduates who meet the stated competencies, attributes and qualifications are encouraged to apply.

B: ENGLISH LANGUAGE AND KISWAHILI

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
i) A candidate must possess Bachelor of Education in Arts or Bachelor of Arts with Education majoring in Kiswahili and English Language. Any other Bachelor of Education Degrees majoring in Kiswahili and English Language will be accepted too.
ii) A candidate with several years of teaching experiences is required, though fresh graduates who meet the stated competencies, attributes and qualifications are encouraged to apply.

 C: SCHOOL COUNSELOR
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
i) A candidate must possess Bachelor of Education in Guidance and Counseling or Bachelor of Education in Psychology with at least one core teaching subject.
ii) A candidate with several years of guidance and counseling as well teaching experiences will be mostly preferred . Though fresh graduates who meet the stated competencies, attributes and qualifications are also encouraged to apply.

PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES:
i) Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English language.
ii) Must be computer literate specifically in Microsoft Applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Publishers and MS Access.
iii) Sound decision making, solutions focused and knowledgeable in students nurturing.
iv) Outstanding teacher with adequate knowledge in content subjects.
v) Ability to help students grow academically and morally.
vi) Ability to learn and adopt new organizational culture.
vii) Excellent classroom management skills.
viii) Ability to help students participate in extracurricular activities such as sports and games, debates and other educational related projects.

Job Description
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
a) A candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree in Education or any Bachelor Degree with Post Graduate in Education. A candidate with Bachelor or Master Degree in Education Management will be an added advantage.
b) Experience of not less than 4 years in school management in top position such as Headmaster or School Manager.
c) A candidate must possess broader knowledge on how primary and secondary schools in Tanzania operate.
d) Teaching experience is an added advantage.
e) Knowledge of administrative processes, procedures and standards of schools.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
a) Establish and implement policies and procedures towards carrying out the Vision and mission statements.
b) Set educational goals (short and long terms) and standards.
c) Manage and coordinate the educational, administrative and financial affairs of the schools.
d) Supervise head of schools, teaching and supporting staff.
e) Enforce discipline within the schools, pupils, students and staff.
f) Evaluate teachers' work, e.g. by visiting classrooms, observing teaching methods, reviewing instructional objectives and examining learning materials.
g) Manage staff recruitment, training and placements.
h) Supervise the maintenance of school facilities.
i) Prepare reports on various school projects, including attendance, activity, planning or personnel records.
j) Represent the school and school director at meetings, e.g. meetings in the community and other educational related meetings.
k) Promote the school, for example through publicity and contacts with other organizations.
l) Communicate with parents, regulatory bodies and the public.
m) Have a hand in the implementation of the school curriculum.
n) Implement actions that improve the school and the quality of education (e.g. building renovations, new guidelines for students, new subjects)
o) Help to shape and uphold the vision of the school.
p) Other business activities as directed by Managing Director.
