What you’ll do

  • Contribute to the design and implementation of a longitudinal social impact study, evaluating the success of our educational initiatives.
  • Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to collect, record, and analyze data, driving continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, facilitating community engagement in impact assessment activities.
  • Draft communication materials to share our impact with stakeholders, including reports, case studies, and social media content.
  • Support the development and monitoring of strategic plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with our mission and goals.

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., social sciences, education, international development).
  • Experience in social impact assessment or monitoring and evaluation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A proactive and self-motivated individual with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
