RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure work place safety and follow all safety precautions as percompany and OSHA guidelines.
Provide clear Work Instructions to all field Technicians and trainjunior maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge inplant maintenance.
>Prepare maintenance schedule and job planning for the routinemaintenance and major maintenance stoppagesAssist in Spares and Consumable Planning. Ensure that requireditems are available as per planning.Identify the root cause of equipment break down and implementcorrective actions/ preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
>Conduct Periodic & scheduled inspection of all equipment andpreventive maintenance on plant equipment to identify potentialissues and address them proactively.Maintain accurate documentation of equipment history records &maintenance activities including condition monitoring & various maintenance request in CMMS.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during
maintenance activities including line clearance/tag out/Work topermit procedures and PPEs usage.
Maintenance knowledge about rotating equipment such as water &oil pumps, Gearboxes, compressors, Fans, Blowers, Steam turbine& Generator
