Airtel Tanzania PLC is looking for a suitable candidate for the Provisioning Executive Position under Customer Experience Department. The Provisioning Executive will be responsible to Implement & manage strategy for Post paid, Prepaid and Airtel Money provisioning operations at the OPCO and Partners locations.
As head of Post paid Service ,Provisioning – New activations for mobility business, Design a strategy & planning for ease of activation, ensuring highest level of customer satisfaction & provide common process experience to customer for new activation across the country
Responsibilities
Post-Paid Support
Postpaid adjustment management.
Initiate Prepaid Number Management System (NMS), Churning & Provisioning
Development of system with the help of IT to support comprehensive Post-paid Business model and subscriber management.
Align all the activities of Post-paid Provisioning to improve customer satisfaction.
Innovate new customer friendly activation strategies through technology.
Reviewing the operational KPIs of Partners/trade excellence.
Number life cycle management
Management end to end the below critical business number management process in accordance with Bharti number management guidelines.
Prepaid Provisioning (Mass)
Mass prepaid deletion process
Clean up of deleted numbers in all system and application nodes
Node synchronization
Provide weekly number management reports.
Maintain and monitor HLR utilization as per defined business parameter.
Mobile Number Portability
Process all port-in and port-out requests received.
Engage and manage all porting request with other operator within SLA
following rules, guidelines and regulations set up by CAK Inter-operator
MNP document.
Test all parameters of the new ported in customers ensuring that the SIM has latched into all network parameters required.
Place a welcome call to newly port in customer as per the welcome call scripts and procedure provided by the business.
Extract and analyze all porting reports and show trend analysis and the key drivers for porting activity.
Advise business on MNP strategies and process improvement
Churn management
Analysis of data gaps between Airtel and PRSP partners and provide business with process improvements based on inconsistencies/data gaps picked
Process Compliance
Set-up control-points and Triggers for Internal Control and Compliances
Track adherence to processes and business guidelines.
Sharing daily MI on daily failures and mismatches across systems
Reduce Customer complaints on Post paid and prepaid provisioning
Plan & implement a robust complaint management system at the Circle.
Analyze customer complaints process wise and design action plans for
process improvement and influence the respective process owner for
change.
Ensure 100% customer resolution to request raised by the customers and
close loop the same within set SLA. Work with other cross-functional
teams for process changes and other initiatives for enhancing customer
experience in the zone (for reduction in time to activate and error free
provisioning).

Education and Certification:
Must Have:
Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science or any other related field
Good Knowledge of SQL/MySQL/Oracle/DB2
Relevant Experience Experience:
Minimum of 5 years operations background experience in customer
experience department , with minimum of 1 years provisioning experience
from telecoms
Experience with SQL/MySQL/Oracle/DB2

Digital Strategy Development
Create comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the organization’s overall goals and marketing strategy.
Create product specific Digital Media strategy.
Identify target audiences, analyze market trends, and choose the most
effective digital channels and tactics to reach potential customers.
On top of consumer preferences, likes, dislikes and changing media habits.
Develop influencer strategy to increase reach and effectiveness of communication.
Content Creation and Management
Work with Creative Agency and cross functional teams to create engaging and relevant content is a key part of digital marketing.
This includes blog posts, creating videos, designing graphics, and managing social media content.
Content should resonate with the target audience and convey the brand’s message.
Social Media Marketing
Develop social media strategies, create content calendars, develop paid advertising strategy to reach specific demographics.
Grow followers, likes, engagement scores across all social media channels – FB, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube etc.
Develop process for lead generation and lead management through all social channels, including web-site.
Management of Website & Linked-in
Update website with new product launches.
Identify areas for improvement in user experience, landing pages, and
conversion funnels to increase the likelihood of conversions.
Update Linkedin with communication on strategic launches and projects.
Data Analysis & Monitoring Digital Media Spends
Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.
Manage budgets, monitor ad performance to ensure a positive return on
investment and growth in Brand Scores – TOMA, Power, social listening.
Analyze data from various sources, such as website analytics, social
media insights, social listening, and email campaign metrics to ensure
positive return on investment and competitiveness of results.
Monitor online mentions and engage with customers to manage brand perception.
Conduct on-line market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.
Managing Customer Interaction on Social Media
Collaborate with Customer Experience team to manage customer interaction on social media.
Develop social listening trackers based on customer conversations on social media for Airtel and Competition.
Work with cross functional teams to improve customer experience.
Develop strategy to grow positive feedback and manage negative reactions on social media.

The Brand & Media Specialist is responsible for creative development & Execution. The person must make the brand the most loved brand and ensure that initiatives are taken to market effectively. As a media specialist is responsible to execute and support above the line – ATL (TV, Radio, Print, Digital & Outdoor)advertising activities in line with the business strategy to grow long term share of voice, top of mind awareness and overall brand equity in line with the brand guidelines, business requirements and budget.
The Position reports to the Head of Brand & Communication.
Responsibilities
Creative development in lesion with Creative agencies / partners.
Researching and analyzing consumer behavior, market trends and competitor activity.
Lead the process of creative development from developing Creative Brief to execution of the brief.
Support the delivery of the creative briefs as per brand guidelines and
specifications in a timely manner and within approved budget.
Works with the Advertising Agency and other third-party agencies to
develop appropriate promotions for the various retail channels.
Implements advertising creative plan, audit comprising channel specific
tracking, reviews outcomes and recommend relevant actions.
Developing marketing calendar and marketing execution plan in line with
marketing budget. Works within the advertising plans and tracks month by
campaign.
Liaise with the advertising and creative agency/partners
Monitors directly and reviews the vendors and agencies performance
constantly seeking better value addition – through quality and cost>
Prepares weekly reports on advertising agency buying status: payments done, pending invoices and LPO status.
Document and monitors payment status for agencies, print, electronic and outdoor media suppliers.
Develop and maintain a library with all creative and communication materials developed by the Agency/ competitor ads.
Tracks the execution of advertising creative produced to ensure
efficient workflow of the marketing work plan to execute campaigns in a
timely manner as required.
Develop new and locally relevant initiatives.
Drive high levels of partners/ supplier relationships in order to
ensure constant communication is focused on all consumer segments.
Innovates and constantly advices on creative production methods that leverage the brand in a positive and favorable way.
Media Management
Ensure execution of relevant campaigns for promotions, products and
services launches and thematic/tactical messages on all outdoor, TV,
Radio and Print Media by planning and developing accordingly.
Ensure identification and deployment of the latest and most unique
outdoor, TV, Radio, and print properties with the aim of maintaining the
freshness of the brand in the market.
Review and monitor performance against media schedules and ensure smooth
placement and settlements and processes to all media houses according
to contracts.
Identify new opportunities and develop non-traditional media channels including electronic, out of home and print media.
Conduct regular travel visits and ad hoc research to establish impact of TV, Radio and print mediums deployed

Innovate and propose new ways of attaining the highest recall possible for the Airtel brand.

Media Monitoring
Daily/weekly/monthly media monitoring of media placements across all TV, radio, and print media and per media.
Weekly and monthly reporting of industry share of voice and share of
expenditure by media and value per spot/placement compared to
competition.
Weekly/Monthly competitor review reports across different media platforms.
Budget Implementation
Implementation and monitoring approved budget spending.
Recommend innovate and revise cost efficient budget management approaches.
Adherence to internal systems and processes
Any other duties as assigned by Head of Brand & Communications.
Educational Qualification, Experience & Competencies
Education and Certification:
Must Have:
- Bachelors’ degree in Marketing/Communication/ Creative Development/ Business Administration or any other related field
- Specialization in Brand and Communication will be an added advantage
Relevant Experience Experience:
- Minimum 5 years experience working in marketing department handling brand management/creative development or working with Agencies in a similar role.
- Preferable from Telecom ,beverages, FMCG or creative agencies with experience in strategy execution of consumer ATL communication
- Strong relationships with Media houses and understanding of media landscape
