Yoga/Fitness Trainer at Four Seasons Safari Lodge

*To deliver creative traditional yoga & fitness classes including asana,
pranayama, meditation and spa treatments.

2. To be well versed in various styles yoga including Hatha, Ashtanga & ying Yoga.

Recommended:

*To develop Lodge Yoga & fitness programs and keep up to date with yoga
trends.

*Listen to guests needs and design private yoga classes for guests.

To inspire and inform guests about yoga through dynamic delivery of lecture series and active interaction with guests in the lodge.

*To impart yoga knowledge and practices to spa and lodge staff.

Understand benefits and contraindications of yoga and fitness practices, spa products and spa services.

* Conduct fitness class for guests & employees as per plan developed by Spa
manager.

*To arrange and reset the yoga room after each classes.

*To meet and exceed yoga revenue targets.

*Work as part of team to ensure effective running of Spa department.

*To cover the spa reception desk and assist with all guest enquiries.

*The ability to take reasonable care to perform duties as instructed, and to
prevent injuries to self and others. Also to identify and report hazards.

Read Also:

*Check the upkeep of guest gym, staff gym and report any issues to the Spa
Manager.

*To adhere to all Four Seasons Standards and to Meet and Exceed in all Standard Tests undertaken.

*Respond properly in any Lodge emergency or safety situation.

*The ability to perform CPR if needed.

*Assumes training responsibilities when required, demonstrates a high degree
of standards awareness, promotes teamwork and acts as role model.

*To operate spa booking system in administrative levels.

*Actively offers operational, employee and customer (internal and external)
related feedback to management.

*Provides professional treatments including massage, facial treatments and
body treatments in a sensitive and personalized manner and following company standards and procedures, determines guest needs and preferences by asking pertinent questions.

* Possesses a high degree of product knowledge and relevant technical skills.

*Recommends and effectively up sells treatments, packages and retail items in
a sensitive and personalized manner.

Spa Supervisor at Four Seasons Safari Lodge

Directs and supervise Spa staff on day to day operations. Ensure guest complaints are handled in a professional manner. To welcome guests proactively and deal with all enquiries. Have a complete knowledge of the treatments, products and services offered including the prices. To assist with scheduling and manage time within the treatment schedule. Supervise and ensure training of new hires is done in timely manner, Focus on training and implementation of new treatments to the Spa team.

Job Description

To assist the Spa Manager with the supervision, management and growth of the staff.

To effectively manage the spa in the absence of the Spa Manager.

To follow proper attendance sheets, over time sheet, transportation and tips procedures

To supervise all the Spa staff including reception, therapist and attendant and Lodge Boutique.

To create spa roster, revise, manage and be ready to organize any unexpected situation.

To participate in management meetings.

To assist the Spa Manager with the supervision, management and growth of the staff.

To process monthly inventory for Spa & Boutique retail products and supervise Spa Receptionist to maintain the area clean and attractive. Act as a role model and ensure high level of guest satisfaction is maintained.

Monitor operating and generate necessary purchase orders and requisitions, under Spa Manager Guideline

Conduct walkthroughs around the spa facilities, report deficiencies report to the concerned department.

Review all suggestions and comments from guests and give the appropriate follow up with the spa Manager.

Organizing of all operation manuals for the department and implement training sessions to ensure the growth of the department.

Held regular departmental meetings and daily briefings to assist in communication within department. Assisting the Spa Manager in implementing staffing guidelines, discipline, operational procedures and developing new spa treatments.

The ability to respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.

To work as a team with the Spa Receptionist to create energizing activities to motivated the team in improved Spa revenue.
