JOB TITTLE:MEDICAL DOCTORS.

Duties and Responsibilities. 

  • Engage in direct clinical practice as the principal component of his/her professional responsibility within the Department.
  • Provide medical assessment, diagnostic determination, and clinical management necessary to ensure appropriate clinical disposition of Emergency Department patients.
  • Accurate and timely completion of all clinical and professional records and documentation to assure compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory, licensure, and accreditation requirements.
  • Communicate with consulting providers as necessary to facilitate necessary ongoing care and treatment of patients.
  • Work to create a positive work culture within department and cross-departmental teams.
  • Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein

Qualifications/Education Level.

Medical Degree

BLS, ACLS and ITLS training will be added advantage.

JOB TITTLE:NURSES

Duties and Responsibilities.

  • Appropriately triage patients and initiate orders from approved protocols.
  • Manages mechanically ventilated patients.
  • Conduct safe and therapeutic care of the patient with epicardial and transvenous pacing.
  • Manages critically ill patients during and after procedures where moderate sedation is needed.
  • Evaluate hemodynamic parameters.
  • Cares for patients with an elevated ICP and manages ventriculostomy drains with ICP monitoring.
  • Manages patient on Patient Controlled Analgesia.
  • Manages patient on critical support machines.

Qualifications/Education Level.

  • Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution
  • Valid nursing license

  • Inspecting buildings and equipment and access points.
  • Permitting Entry.
  • Restraining Trespassers.
  • Informing about violators of policy and procedures.

Qualifications/Education Level.

Ordinary Level Certificate and other related job certificates is an added advantage.

  • Cleaning and vacuuming all facilities environment.
  • Dusting and polishing all the required areas
  • Making beds and changing sheets.
  • Remove and replace used toiletries.

  • Nursing assistant certificate or
  • Ordinary Level certificate with IPC (Infection Prevention Control) skills or

We are looking for highly skilled Polyclinic Receptionists and cleaners.

A. RECEPTIONIST Duties and Responsibilities. 

  • Greets and directs all patients within the facility.
  • Obtaining patient demographic and verifying insurance information at each visit.
  • Obtaining necessary patient information to meet current Facility guidelines for medical records.
  • Schedules any necessary appointments before and after completion of patient visit.
  • Monitor and review patient schedules for next day office appointments.
  • Identifying and resolving minor patient billing complaints.
  • Carrying out other other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Education Level.

Certificate in Nursing or any other related field.

B. CLEANERS Duties and Responsibilities. 

  • Cleaning, dusting, polishing and vacuuming all facilities environment.

  • Organizing and overseeing the health services and daily activities of the healthcare facility.
  • To manage staff and budgets.
  • Communicate between medical staff and other departments.
  • Ensure adequate patients care amongst other duties.
  • Evaluate personnel and prepare daily reports.
  • Assists in recruitment, consenting, screening and enrolment of personnel.
  • Completes timely and accurate documentation of patients’ visits.

Qualifications/Education Level.

Bachelor Degree in Public Administration or any other related field.
