JOB KEY PURPOSE:
To ensure all Engen facilities and machinery
are well maintained and n good working condition and to abide by Engen
standards and procedures with regard to all engineering construction
projects and/or routine maintenance works.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES.A graduate in Engineering with a Project Management background
A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position

POSITION: Retail Network Development Manager
JOB KEY PURPOSE:
To implement and deliver the retail network
plan with specific regards to all aspects of network development, site
optimisation, and property management in order to maximize its
profitability and returns.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
A graduate in Management Engineering, and Sales or related field
A minimum of 7 years experience m a similar position in OMC or FMCG is a MUST
POSITION: ROAD TRANSPORT MANAGER
JOB KEY PURPOSE:
To
lead and manage road transport elements of Health Safety Environment
and quality (HSEQ) standards while providing assurance of business
compliance with regulators and Engen requirements associated with road
transport.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
A graduate in Mechanical Engineering acquainted with HSEO knowledge
A minimum cf 5 years experience in a similar position
A hands-on individual. easy to engage with both formal and informally
POSITION: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
JOB KEY PURPOSE:
To
provide business support to the Human Resources and Administrate
function ensuring all processes and procedure are adhered to for the
sustainable development of human capital and organizational
accomplishment
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
A degree m Human Resources or related field.
Preferably a recent college graduate
