Coordinator who will support the planning, coordination, and execution of service station launches. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of new service station launches in line with set timelines and SOPs.
  • Support the Expansion team in maintaining a First Pass Yield (FPY) of ≥95% for all site launches.
  • Conduct basic site inspections to confirm readiness, including equipment, permits, inventory, and documentation.
  • Liaise with internal teams such as Tech, Star Development, Hypercare, and Operations to support seamless launches.
  • Provide support in engaging external stakeholders including landlords, community leaders, and security providers.
  • Track project tasks and highlight potential risks or delays to the Lead Site Launch Coordinator.
  • Maintain rework rates of ≤5% by identifying issues and suggesting corrective measures.
  • Participate in periodic audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Provide regular progress updates, present data and insights during team meetings, and ensure proper handover of documents and assets post-launch.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Regional Administrator at HR World Limited

LOCATION: DODOMA, SIMIYU, RUVUMA/MBEYA

HR World Ltd on behalf of our client, we are looking for a Regional Administrator to oversee regional inventory management and contractor relations. The Administrator will be responsible for enforcing inventory policies, managing inventory flow and monitoring compliance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage regional inventory requests, allocation, shipping, receiving, and auditing in line with SOPs
  • Conduct weekly and monthly inventory and asset audits to minimize losses and ensure operational readiness
  • Monitor inventory movement between warehouses, Hubs, and Shops, addressing stock imbalances proactively
  • Blacklist and follow up on cases of tampering or theft, ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Review swap charge ratio reports, identify underperforming Hubs, and support compliance improvement
  • Enforce inventory control processes to prevent wastage, stockouts, and non-compliance issues

The Field Technician will ensure Hub uptime, troubleshoot energy systems, and support technical performance to meet operational standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain Hub energy uptime at a minimum of 99.9% by ensuring all energy systems perform optimally
  • Troubleshoot and repair defective packs to maintain 98% pack health across the region
  • Monitor Hub energy, Swap% and PV% levels, escalating issues where thresholds are exceeded
  • Commission and test Hubs, ensuring accurate system setup and Go-live sign-off
