Duties and Responsibilities
- Inspect the vehicle before and after trips to ensure its safety condition.
- Transport staff to various locations for work-related trips.
- Perform minor vehicle maintenance tasks.
- Collect and distribute various documents.
- Record and maintain details of all trips in the logbook.
- Ensure the vehicle is kept clean.
- Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Must have completed Form IV education and obtained a Form IV Examination Certificate.
- Must possess a valid Class E or Class C driver’s license.
- Must have at least one year of driving experience without causing accidents.
- Must hold training certificates qualifying the applicant for the relevant driving class.
- Must have attended a Basic Driving Course offered by the Vocational Education and Training Authority (VETA) or another government-recognized institution.
