Assistant Lecturers

  • Assistant Lecturer in Human Resource Management: 1 post

  • Assistant Lecturer in Literature: 1 post

Organisational Relationship: Reports to the Deputy Principal of Academic Affairs.

Minimum Qualifications:
All applicants must have at least a GPA of 4.0 at the master’s level and 3.5 at the bachelor’s degree level.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conducting lectures, seminars, tutorials, and evaluation for undergraduate and postgraduate programs, as the case may be

  • Setting, moderating, invigilating, and marking examinations

  • Supervising projects, research, and practical training activities

  • Conducting research, consultancy, outreach, and publication activities

  • Organizing and participating in relevant workshops, conferences, and seminars

  • Carrying out any other relevant duties assigned by the university authorities

  • Promoting AMUCTA’s mission, vision, and core values

Qualifications:
The candidate for this position must hold a CPA (T) or equivalent qualifications plus master’s and bachelor’s degrees majoring in finance.

The Candidate Should:

  • Be creative, innovative, and a team player

  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Be a person of integrity, morally upright, and mature

  • Be able to work under minimum supervision

  • Have excellent team leadership skills

  • Be flexible and adaptable enough to work in a multicultural environment
