Role and Responsibilities

Development and execution of customer solutions implementation plans

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to formulate and own overall implementation plan for customer solutions and portfolio level implementations
  • Deliver customer onboarding projects with agreed time frame to meet customer needs on time
  • Track progress of customer solutions implementation and provide visibility at management level and relevant stakeholders
  • Develop disciplines to effeciently manage multiple client solutions implementations running concurrently without impacting quality and time of delivery
  • Collaborate with clients technical teams to draw out implementation plan suitable to clients plans and follow through to executing the plan
  • Capture client feedback on solution implementing and provide alternative solution on the concerns raised

Technical business analysis

  • Work with stakeholders to collect business requirement for customer solutions
  • Work with relevant teams Interpreted business rules and requirements into technical systems functions implementations
  • Interact with customers to understand their needs and influence their choice to provide best fit solutions
  • Identify and define the area of priority for change in terms of their impact and targets while evaluating their overall ‘do ability’ (skills complexity, etc.)
  • See the “big picture” apply appropriate level of influence when providing solution to ensure consistency with customer needs and bank strategic ambitions
