Job type: Internship
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.
- Help manage system updates and ensure proper security measures.
- Assist in setting up new employee workstations and configuring user accounts.
- Provide technical support to staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
- Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades and migrations.
- Document IT processes and procedures for internal use.

Qualifications
- Completed a diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Having degree is an added advantage
