Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Relevant certifications in projects management, Fiber Optics or PON-specific certifications are advantageous.
•
5 years of proven project management experience. In-depth knowledge of
fiber-optic networks, telecommunications infrastructure, and related
technologies.
• Excellent knowledge of transmission networks architecture.
• Knowledgeable with Network management systems and tools for network monitoring.
• Familiarity with GIS (Geographic Information System) tools for network planning and mapping
Core Responsibilities
• Master planning of ODN, metro and active FTTX network.
•
Validation, documentation, and integration of As- Built and database
management of ODN and Metro networks and quality control as per design.
Supporting all related troubleshooting and repair on ODN and Metro
Networks in collaboration with B2B operations Team.
• Managing vendors and subcontractors on maintenance scope and subscriber connections as
• per SLAs to ensure delivery per design.
• Progress reporting of roll-out of passive ODN and metro network in collaboration with deployment Team per design.
