Role Purpose: Are you a skilled HR professional with a passion for people management? We are seeking an HR Generalist with a minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably with expertise in disciplinary handling and records management. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in human resources, with a preference for candidates with a background in Law. Your responsibilities will include managing disciplinary issues, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Must-Have Technical/Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, preferably with Law experience
- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, focusing on disciplinary handling and records management
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations

Responsibilities: HR Functions:
- Coordinate recruitment activities such as job postings and interview scheduling.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability with hiring managers.
- Verify candidate data, including certificates and references.
- Conduct background checks with previous employers.
- Facilitate onboarding for new hires and assist in HR policy implementation for compliance.
Disciplinary Management:
- Provide support in disciplinary proceedings.
- Conduct misconduct investigations.
- Document and record-keep disciplinary issues.
- Implement disciplinary actions according to policies.
- Communicate decisions clearly to employees.
- Guide managers on disciplinary matters.
HR Records Management:
- Maintain accurate employee records and filing.
- Ensure completeness of employee documents.
- Manage onboarding records for new hires.
- Maintain proper client document records.
- Classify and manage records for compliance and data retention.
