SELECTION PROCESS
• lf your application meets the requirements, you will be invited to
take a written test and take part in assessment centers that will test
various competencies.
Details of the assessments will be provided to those who are invited to
take part. If you are successful in the assessments, the final selection
stage will be oral interviews with Management team
• Successful candidates will be included in the 2024 Graduate Programme Pool.
This pool will be used to fill entry-level positions that become available in the course of 2024

Position: Physical security officers
Academic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in security management, law, or related field
• At least three years experience in physical security matters in a bank
or financial institution, or in a security company, or in law
enforcement agency is desirable
Technical Skills/ Competencies
• Working knowledge and experience in physical security
infrastructure, systems and devices, including access controls, CCTVs,
fire detection, and intrusion detection devices is desirable
• Good knowledge on physical security matters
• High degree of honesty, integrity and ethical standards
• Appreciation knowledge of Banking Operations Policies and Procedures
