We are looking for an intercontinental chef to join our team and prepare deliciaous meals for our customers and the responsibilities include;
2.Setting up menus and preparing high quality national&continental dishes.
3.Ensures meals are prepared in a timely manner.
4.You should be familiar with sanitation regulations.

5.Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment,like kives,pans and kitchen scales.
6.Study each recipe and gather all necesary ingredients needed.
7.Inform wait staff about daily specials ensure appealing plate presentation
8.Supervise cooks and assist as needed.
9.Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.
10.Ensure the environment is always neat.
1.Minimum of 10 years chef experience in a well established restaurant or hotel.
2.Successfull completion of training in Food,confectioner or hospitality program will be an added advantage.
1.Proven work experience as a chef or cook
2.Hands on experience with various kitchen equipment,grillers and pasat makers
4.Excellent time management abilities.
5.Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes.
