Job Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or any related field
- Aptitude for math, proficiency with computers
Basic Job Functions
- Uploading and posting of collection receipts
- Posting settlements deposits and direct cash deposits customer accounts
- Clear all reconciling items on the collection accounts
- Timely submission of Reports.

BASIC JOB FUNCTIONS
- Responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls
- Responsible for achieving individual sales target.
- Cooperate and mobilize team members to achieve the set team sales target
- Informing clients about market trends
- Implement the company’s policies
- Reporting to the supervisor about customer’s issues and opine on how they can be sorted.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- At least an Ordinary diploma in any business related field
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Good problem analysis and solving skills
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Good communication skills
