2015 where it was originally part of Mufindi District Council. Mafinga
Town Council is one of the five Iringa Regional Councils which are
Iringa Municipality, Mufindi District Council, Iringa Rural District

BOUNDARIES AND GEOGRAPHY OF CITY COUNCIL. Mafinga Town Council is largely surrounded by Mufindi District Council to the south, west and east and north bordering Iringa Rural District Council. Mafinga town is located between Latitude 80– 90South and Logtude 35 – 36 East Greenwich.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
i.All applicants must be Citizens of Tanzania with an age not above 45 years of age except for those who are in Public Service and where specified;
