Job Duties and responsibilities
- To teach Technical Drawing Subject as per VETA
- To utilize an adopted course of study, instructional program guidelines, and other materials in planning and developing scheme of
- To conduct teaching and instructional activities, using educational equipment, materials, books, and other learning aids. And instructional level of students from varied socio- economic and cultural backgrounds, and who possess a range of mental and emotional
- To review analyze and evaluate the history, background, and assessment of students in designing instructional programs to meet individual educational
- To individualize and adapt educational processes and procedures to enhance student’s educational opportunities
- To provide group and individual instruction to motivate students, and effectively utilizes the time available for instructional activities.
- To maintain appropriate standards of student behavior, using behavioral management strategies and techniques, including positive reinforcement and behavior shaping
- To review, analyze, evaluate, and report student’s academic, social and emotional growth

COLLEGE BURSAR- (2 POSTS)
Reporting: To the principal of the College
Job Details: We are looking for a college bursar to save the College in day to day financial roles.
Job Location: Musoma – Mara – Tanzania
Job Duties and responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for all financial matters
- Maintain and develop the College fee direct debit collection systems.
- Budget planning with the Principal, to ensure that the school makes the best possible use of the resources available
- Prepare, maintain and monitor the College Budget
- Prepare accounts for auditing
- Pay invoices, including dealing with queries
- Reconcile bank statements
- Maintain and operate the College financial systems.
- Ensure all ordering is undertaken within set budgets and that best value is obtained. Consider the use of a purchase order system and centralized purchasing.
- v Operate a comprehensive payroll service for all school staff, including all calculations relating to Superannuation, PAYE and National Insurance.
- Administer claims for extra payments and deductions including overtime and travel.
- Produce monthly pay slips and distribute
- Be responsible for the collection and banking of payments into the school’s account.
