The Minister of Home Affairs, George Simbachawene has thanked
President Samia Suluhu, for providing new jobs for 2,300 soldiers to all security forces under the Ministry of Home Affairs.
Speaking at a meeting with senior government officials at the Ministry’s conference hall, Mtumba, in Dodoma today, Simbachawene said his office had received a letter from the President’s Office of Public Service Management and Good Governance on new jobs.
“The Immigration Force has been given 350 positions for the Constable cadre, but also 700 positions for the Prisons Service for the ‘Warder’ and ‘Wardress’ positions, also 250 positions for the Fire and Rescue Service for the Constable Sector, and also 1,000 positions for the Constituency sector.
