- Competencies in IFRS provisions & compliance,& financial planning, budgeting, and monitoring thereof
- Decision maker, problem solver, analytical ability & good numeric skills including use of automated solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Job Title: Leaf Services Manager
Location: Dodoma, Tanzania
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Required Experience: At least 4+ years
Job Purpose
To manage and provide technical support crop production to achieve yields and quality targets in line with the company’s production policies and procedures
Read Also:
- Bachelor degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness Agronomy from a recognized Tertiary Institue or equivalent
- 4 to 6 years of experience in agricultural crop growing and production
- Understanding of financial management and control
- Tobacco and Sunflower farming experience in desirable
- Abiity to plan and organize work on a monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, and annual basis.
- Ability to analyse, solve related problems and make accurate decisions
- Proven work ajira leaderships skills
- Fluency in Swahili and other languages (such as English)
- Familiar with agricultural crops and farmer electronic systems
- Experience in a manufacturing setting will be an added advantage
