This
exercise was done based on the results of the candidates who passed the
Form Four Exam in 2019 from Tanzania, Number of form five, Teachers
Colleges, Colleges Technical Education as well as Criteria for Student
Choice provided by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology.
425,072
school candidates including 221,813 girls and 203,259 boys passed Form
Four year, 2019. In addition, 48,683 Independent Candidates did
Examinations in the year, 2019.
A
total of 121,251 students including 53,829 girls and 67,422 boys have
been selected to join Form Five, Colleges Teachers, and Technical
Education Colleges administered by the Council National Council of
Technical Education (NACTE). This is equal to 93.4 percent of students
with selected qualifications.
