Duty station: The
zones are Central zone(Dodoma), Coastal zone(Dar es Salaam), Lake
Zone(Mwanza), North Zone(Arusha), South Zone(Mtwara), Southern Highlands
Zone(Mbeya), Spice Zone(Zanzibar), West Zone(Kigoma)
1. Implement the Business Strategies in ones administrative area as directed by the company's Senior management
2.
To oversee planning of goals, organizing of resources, directing of
actions and controlling process execution in leu to the company's
policies, culture, mission and objectives within ones administrative
area
3. Leading marketing initiatives in the allocated area
4.
Carry out day to day activities under the manager portfolio and the
rest in timely manner as required by the company standards

Minimum Qualification:
Possession
of Bachelor Degree in any discipline with minor in any of business,
operation research, management, law, informatics, valuation, IT or
computing and development
