Manager Cashless Distribution Jobs
Job Purpose
In line with enhancing the uptake and implementation of a cashless distribution model in the distribution ecosystems and mobilize deposits, we seek to recruit a ajira qualified, experienced, self-driven, passionate and a team player to serve as the manager-cashless distribution. The manager will work with cashless officers, branches and distribution stakeholders to offer a business solution to the market in their collections and payments. Will be required to approach corporates anchors in the ecosystem and propose solutions of collection design workable strategies for achieving the same and cascade the solutions to the entire value chains with the help of cashless officers. Ability to prepare and present to high-level managers and also communicate interpersonally and in group settings to drive value.

Responsibilities
- Lead the cashless portfolio growth and scale up the product uptake in the markets
- Initiate follow and build strong business relationships with the distribution ecosystems to drive value,
- To mobilize deposits and increase the deposit retention in line with the cashless set annual targets.
- To build, manage and develop a high performance-oriented cashless team
- To promote product knowledge and conduct product training in all branches To ensure 100% compliance to bank policies and procedures in all cashless onboarding
- Take responsibility and give clear guidance and strategies of achieving the set targets. Leadership

Key Performance Indicators:
- Increase the retention of the deposit TZS 108 as per the annual target
- Increase the cashless accounts by 1680 new cashless accounts to close the year with a cumulative account of 2840 accounts
- To grow cashless accounts turnovers to TZS 5003 annually
- To Link up the ecosystems to the relevant bank sectors or departments to enjoy at least 2 bank products every quarter The above positions are demanding roles which the bank will provide a competitive package for the successful
Education/ Experience/ Skills & Competencies:
- Degree in Sales and Marketing/Business
- Degree in Sales and Marketing Business Management or related course
- 6+ years of sales and marketing distribution
- Good understanding of the Tanzania business environment
- At least 3yrs experience in a distribution or sales management position
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, presentation and customer-facing skills
- Good Team player and able to work with a diverse Team.
- Good planning, organizing skills and keen to details Oriented
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and still focus on high growth levels,
- Proven track record within sales environment
- Accustomed to working in a busy fast-moving Organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The developer will serve as the subject matter expert for the technologies and solutions used in the development of the business applications and Integrations, The developer will work closely with project managers, team lead and business analysis in defining requirements/stories far system functions. Provides vison, expertise and area of systems design. Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders to provide product solutions and technical oversight for multiple concurrent projects, including sharing expertise on standards, guidelines, and design best practices for the solution based on industry accepted practices
- Develop software applications according to the technical documentation and designs provided by the Business Analysts
- Ensure that the solution developed is in line with the coding standards Translate workflow steps into business process activities and nested processes,
- Maintain and improve the performance of existing Design and update database objects to support an application
- Recommend improvements to existing software programs as necessary
- Performs Unit testing level throughout the application development life-cycle
- Ensures that code revisions are maintained in the Groups source code repository
- Maintain a coding style that conforms to that specified by the Lead Software Developer.
- Develop release documentation for completed and tested applications solution preparatory to go live.
- Collaborates with the Business Analyst to develop operational technical support documentation for end users where applicable
- Ensures that the application is ready for the User
- Acceptance Test (UAT as per the test plan developed by the Business Analysts.
- Ensure that all software defects reported during the UAT are corrected before Go-Live,
- Carry out routine maintenance lo applications as the need arises on the development environment only and make patches available for production as may be required.
- Constantly update technical knowledge and skills by attending in-house and/or external courses, reading manuals and accessing new applications.

- Experience of developing integrations on Oracle Fusion Middleware (BPEL, BPM OSB) an added advantage
- High-level knowledge of SpA frameworks and web services integration via SOAP XML XSL XSLT, XPATH, XQuery. WSDL, eta
- Expertise in relational database concepts and database management systems base manager systems
- Expert understanding of object-oriented programming and multi-threaded languages.
- Good understanding of object-oriented programming and multi-threaded languages. Exposure to SQL Server, PostgreSQL or Oracle Database and MySQL experience highly desirable
