Overview
AAN Associates, an international development consulting entity, is looking for senior evaluation expert for an evaluation opportunity in Tanzania.Purpose
To generate substantive evidence and lessons learnt on the relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, equity and gender, impact and sustainability of Programme.The findings and recommendations from the evaluation will feed into developing an improved Programming Intended use

Duration: October 2019 – March 2020
Expectation
- The Expert would lead the evaluation with the international and national level team.
- The Expert would be conducting field level interviews, meetings with IPs and other stakeholders of the programme
- The Expert would be leading in report writing
Requirement
- At least a Master’s degree in evaluation, development studies, social work or other social science.
- Having at least 15 Years of experience in conducting or leading evaluations
- Specific Evaluation experience in Child Protection area (preferably on issues related to birth registration and CRVS)
- Thorough understanding of research/evaluation designs, monitoring and evaluation systems, and conducting Gender Based Analysis Plus (GBA+)
- Excellent analysis skills and writing evaluation reports Fluency in written and spoken English – Knowledge of Kiswahili will be an asset
