The Lead Dosifier Engineer (LDE) will manage the testing, installation,
repair, and development of our fortification equipment (dosifiers). We
invented this critic technology as a tool to end malnutrition by
guaranteeing that every meal, for every mother and child, contains
life-saving nutrients forever. The LDE will be assisted by the Dosifier
Technician.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Create dosifier repair protocol and training guides
- Train other staff on how to make simple repairs
- Test dosifiers for improvement, safety and quality control
- Manage all onsite installed dosifiers, repair, maintenance and test tasks
- Perform dosifier design audits
- Manage the Dosifier Technician’s work-plan
- Liaise with dosifier supplier on issues and repairs
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Can read schematics and mechanical designs
- Demonstrated experience working with mechanical/electrical engineering
- Electrical engineering experience preferred
- Strong English oral/written language skills

So, we are getting there … but there is still enough work to be done! Of course, we look further than present needs. In 2050, when there will be about 10 billion inhabitants on our planet, we also want to make sure that people have access to healthy vegetables.

What are you going to do?
The Business Analyst Seed Production is positioned within our production team in Tanzania and is responsible for ensuring accurate insight in production performance to support management decision making. You take care of seed production planning, (contract) administration and logistics required for seed production.Through data analysis, performance management, showing leadership and creating alignment within the organization the Business Analyst Seed Production will help to ensure accurate maintenance of the production parameters.

Main duties
The main duties of this role will include:- Check and manage production planning based on incoming orders;
- Active involvement with several ICT projects. You will be responsible of the communication with the ICT department of the Dutch head office;
- Master data support and set-up;
- Production coordination;
- Process improvement;
- Support with synergy projects;
- Monthly reporting of data figures;
- Ad hoc project management work and support.

- ICT education on a Master level;

- International working or study experience in other countries besides Tanzania;
- Willing to move to Tanzania; for a minimum period of 2 years;
- Willing to work with people of a different culture;
- Interest in working in a high tech agricultural environment in a third world country.
