To meet branch Retail and SME Financial Targets through a world-class Sales and Service Management system and within established product programs through the branch. Job Description
The role holder will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing and maintaining the existing information systems as well as new business application products. The role entails managing the entire process of building applications, from the design process, to creating, testing and production roll out.
The developer shall also ensure that the different software developed conforms to the software development standards by conducting rigorous diagnosis, tests, code debugging, and documenting reference manuals.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Requirements Elicitation, Review and Collaboration; working with the Business Analysts, Business teams or User Departments ensuring that the business requirements are complete, precise, documented, and testable
- Develop and Design recommended Systems Specification Design, Transaction flows or Architectural flows for New Solutions working together with the Systems Architect and Application Security Specialist ensuring fit with existing solutions eco-systems and non-functional or Security requirements.

- Proficient in multiple programming languages and frameworks including Java, Python, PHP, C++, Spring, Hibernate, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and RESTful web services.
- Strong experience in relational database development using Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MySQL within data-driven application architectures.
- Skilled in working across diverse environments (Windows, Linux, UNIX) and administering applications, databases, and web servers.
