Branch Manager - USA River at Exim Bank

Job Description

To meet branch Retail and SME Financial Targets through a world-class Sales and Service Management system and within established product programs through the branch. To work closely with the Central Operations Unit to operate and maintain a smooth-running and operationally efficient branch, that conforms to the financial institutions and BOT regulations, rules, and guidelines issued from time to time. This will include servicing corporate customers.

  • Accountable for all aspects of running a successful branch, delivering great business performance and leading and motivating a team that provides the best customer experience in your area.
  • Primary responsibility will be to drive business (CASA and Fee Growth) product sales and Customer Service with oversight on branch operations, compliance, and control.

Job Description

The role holder will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing and maintaining the existing information systems as well as new business application products. The role entails managing the entire process of building applications, from the design process, to creating, testing and production roll out.

The developer shall also ensure that the different software developed conforms to the software development standards by conducting rigorous diagnosis, tests, code debugging, and documenting reference manuals.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Requirements Elicitation, Review and Collaboration; working with the Business Analysts, Business teams or User Departments ensuring that the business requirements are complete, precise, documented, and testable
  • Develop and Design recommended Systems Specification Design, Transaction flows or Architectural flows for New Solutions working together with the Systems Architect and Application Security Specialist ensuring fit with existing solutions eco-systems and non-functional or Security requirements.
  • Specify and ensure that Applications Controls are Incorporated at Design level of Solutions.
  • Perform technical analysis, design and documentation required for new changes and Projects.
  • Interact with vendors and other strategic business partners to understand and recommend data interchange formats, APIs, and messaging formats to achieve seamless integration.
  • Design integrated solutions, which may include applications, databases, and related systems in conformance to the approved Systems Specifications Document and architectural designs.

Skills, Qualifications & Personal Attributes

  • Over 4 years’ proven experience in software development, with hands-on expertise in full-stack application design, development, and implementation across web and mobile platforms.
  • Proficient in multiple programming languages and frameworks including Java, Python, PHP, C++, Spring, Hibernate, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and RESTful web services.
  • Strong experience in relational database development using Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MySQL within data-driven application architectures.
  • Skilled in working across diverse environments (Windows, Linux, UNIX) and administering applications, databases, and web servers.
  • Knowledgeable in Agile (Scrum) and other SDLC methodologies, with solid experience using development tools such as Eclipse, Maven, and Subversion.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and simplify technical concepts for varied audiences.
