JOB SUMMARY To handle University’s Catering Services.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
i. To plan and organize catering functions;

ii. To ensure cleanliness of staff, equipment and surroundings;
iii. To deal with day to day running of catering services;
iv. To maintain high quality of food services;
v. To plan menus and organizes staff;
vi. To ensure cleanliness in the kitchens, Dining Halls and Canteens;
vii. To deal with various administrative and supervisory duties; and
viii. To perform any other duties that may be assigned by supervisor.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Holder of Bachelor Degree in one of the following fields; Hotel
Management, Cookery, Catering, Home Economics, Food and Nutrition, Food
Science or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution.
