Call for Proposals: Video Documentaries and Success Stories for USAID-Hebu Tuyajenge Project
The National Council of People Living with HIV in Tanzania (NACOPHA) invites qualified production agencies to submit comprehensive proposals for producing compelling video documentaries and success storybooks. These materials will highlight the achievements, challenges, and impact of the USAID Hebu Tuyajenge Project in Mara, Tabora, Mwanza Iringa Njombe , Tanga, Moshi, Dar,Dodoma, Arusha and Morogoro Region in Tanzania.

Scope of Work:
- Conduct an in-depth assessment of project objectives and target audience.
- Develop scripts, storyboards, and shot lists.
- Capture high-quality audio and visual footage using professional equipment.
- Conduct interviews with PLHIV, health workers, and other stakeholders.
- Edit footage to produce engaging video documentaries and success stories.
- Write feature stories suitable for newspapers and tabloids to be read by the public, producing articles in 2 to 3 columns of weekly for six (6) consecutive months.
- Ensure all content meets NACOPHA’s branding guidelines.
Deliverables:..
- A 10-15 minute video documentary showcasing the project’s journey and impact.
- Shorter versions (not longer than 2 minutes) suitable for social media sharing.
- Raw footage and high-resolution images.
- All necessary copyrights, licenses, and permissions for using interviews, visuals, and music.
- Ten success stories highlighting inspiring stories of stakeholders and frontline health workers.
- A 3-5 minute video providing an immersive experience of the program’s interventions and stakeholders stories.
- Feature stories for newspapers and tabloids, producing articles in 2 to 3 columns of weekly for six consecutive months.

Evaluation Criteria:
- Experience in producing high-quality video documentaries and success stories.
- Understanding of health development programs and community engagement in HIV interventions.
- Technical competency in capturing and editing professional audio and visuals.
- Ability to work within the proposed timeline and budget.
- Creative storytelling approach.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Timeline
The production agency is expected to complete the agreed deliverables within 28 days from the contract signing date.
