Medical Training College Limited, Is the private health training
institution known as the Bugando Medical Training College (BMTC) aims to
become a major force in the nation’s health education system.
The BMTC College seeks competent applicants to hire and integrate in order to give strong leadership and support the College in achieving its objectives.
The college is located in the Bweri area of Musoma Municipality, about 1 k southwest of the town center and 0.5 km north of the Bweri Bus Terminal.

The College is currently inviting applications from suitably qualified people for the following positions:
1. Pharmacy: Four (4)Positions
Requirements
Having a Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from a recognized university. Prerequisites include registration with the relevant professional board and a practicing license. Candidates who have finished the Teaching Methodology Course for Health Care Professionals or the CBET Training will be given preference.
2. Four posts for laboratory scientists
Requirements
Holding a Bachelor’s degree in medical laboratory sciences from a recognized university. Prerequisites include registration with the relevant professional board and a practicing license. Candidates who have finished the Teaching Methodology Course for Health Care Professionals or the CBET Training will be given preference.
3. Four positions for environmental health scientists
Requirement:
Possessing a Bachelor’s degree in environmental health sciences from an approved university. Prerequisites include registration with the relevant professional board and a practicing license.
4. PST, CMT, EHS, and MLT technicians—four positions
Requirements
Holder of an Ordinary Diploma in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Clinical Medicine, Environmental Health Sciences, or Medical Laboratory Sciences from an approved university or institution, accordingly. Prerequisites include registration with the relevant professional board and a practicing license.
5. Four posts for social welfare officers
Requirements
A social work Bachelor’s degree holder from an accredited university.
6. Four positions for community development officers
Requirements
Holder of an established university’s Bachelor’s degree in community development.
7. Four posts for health record officers
Qualification: Graduate of an accredited university with a Bachelor’s Degree in information technology and health records.
8. Four posts for computer analysts
Requirements
Possessing a computer science Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
9.Accountant: 1 position
Requirements
ICT skills and a Bachelor’s Degree or advanced diploma in accounting,
finance, or accounting and finance from an accredited university or
institution, or Professional Modules C and D of the NBAA.
Experience with a minimum of three years’ worth of experience working in higher education establishments.
10. One post for an accounts assistant
Requirements
Possessing a Form IV/VI Certificate from an accredited university or institution, along with NABE III, ATEC II, a diploma in accounting, Modules A and B, and ICT abilities.
11. One post on Game Coach
Requirements
Possessing a Bachelor’s degree in physical education from an accredited university or institution with a focus on sports.
12. Two positions for a marketing and communication officer
Requirements
Holder of a college Degree A bachelor’s degree with a communication concentration from an accredited university in journalism, mass communication, public relations, or any other social science.
13. Gardener/Office Assistant – 10 POSTS
Requirement:
Holders of a Form IV credential and a suitable credential from VETA or another accredited organization, as well as three (3) years of relevant work experience.
14. One post for an Office Management Secretary
Requirements
A Diploma in secretarial studies from an accredited institution,
sixty words per minute of typing speed, 120 words per minute of
shorthand in either language, stage III tabulation and manuscript, stage
II secretarial duties and office procedure, and credit passes in both
English and Kiswahili are also required for the Form VI certificate OR
Form IV certificate.
15. One post for a library assistant
Requirement:
– Possessor of a diploma in library and information studies and Form IV or Form VI certificate.
16. One post for a computer programmer/systems analyst
Requirements
those with a B.Sc. in computer science, information systems, electronics, telecommunication, or a similar field of computer studies.
