JOB SUMMARY AND
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Recommended:
i. Identifying patients’ problems and providing treatment, prevention and services for mothers and children ;
ii. Perform emergency and routine surgeries;
iii. Plan, implement and evaluate health services in their workplaces;
iv. Planning the implementation of plans to deal with various disasters and emergencies;
v. Conduct research in various health areas to improve service delivery; and
v. To do other work as directed by the Supervisor .

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Hiring those with an advanced diploma (Advance Diploma) in Medicine from
a college recognized by the Government who have a license to work from
the Council of Tanganyika Doctors as well as work experience for a
period of at least three years.
