  • DWH & Mediation Analyst under IT & Services Department
  • Bachelor’s degree in computerscience/computer engineering or related
  • At least 3 years of experience in DWH, IT industry preferably telecom
  • Experience in extracting data from SQL, writing and understanding TSQL Language, comma, delimited files and other database.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensures time delivery, accuracy, and consistency of information to the business.
  • Coordinate business data requirements with Bis and designs in the appropriate system.
  • Develop and maintain platforms and systems to meet the required standards of all DWH and ETL.
  • Collect and manage all business metadata,
    integration points and dimensions.

CORE COMPETENCIES

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Effective communication, writing and presentation skills, negotiations).
  • Best practices/methodologies in DWH and Multi•
    dimensional date Modeling OLAP
  • Proficiency in ETL development and maintenance with SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, and dashboards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Responsible to maintain high level of quality and availability of of tigo pesa platforms and products to achieve 99.9% service availability to both internal and external customers.
  • Re-classify problem or incident in its
    respective levels and initiate change request for solution either internal or for vendor.
  • Ensure that all MFS nodes, products, and associated processes are aligned with the compliance framework.

CYBER SECURITY MANAGER

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Digital Forensics, IT or related fields.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in conducting Financial crime related investigations, including frauds.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborating with the investigation team to leverage digital expertise, contributing to technical findings for a comprehensive investigative report.
  • Taking proactive measures to enforce cyber
    controls and mitigate cyber related risks.
  • Conducting cyber investigations and providing recommendations for enhancing cyber security practices.
  • Maintaining data integrity through appropriate handling and documentation of digital evidence during investigative process.
  • Analyzing, reporting and monitoring vulnerabilities in mobile money system, offering advice on necessary measures to address them.
