Using any browser on your phone, tablet, laptop, or computer visit the official webpage of HESLB’s Online Loan Application System (OLAMS) by using this link https://olas.heslb.go.tz/index.php/olas/Olas.
2. Login as a registered applicant
Then click on” login for registered applicants” as shown by using the red arrow in the attached image above where you will go to the next page that will require you to enter some of the details so that you can log in to the SIPA. These data are as follows:-
