e. Familiarity to use software (autocad or similar) & survey equipment (total station and level machine)
f. Project management skills

Duty & responsibility
a. Recruitment, management and resignation of local employees
b. Assisting the manager in dealing with local government departments
c. Applying for and obtaining company certificates and licenses
d. Additional office jobs.
a. Required to have minimum of bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
b. More than 2 years of related experience is required
c. Ability to drive a car
d. Be proficient in standard office software such as Word and Excel
e. Be good at communication, management, and problem-solving
