Main Responsibilities
•
Manage and ensure optimal operation of all power systems i.e. Utility,
UPS, Inverters, Transformers, Generators, and fire detection systems for
the primary and DR datacenters
•
Perform cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed
power systems solutions to aid management in making implementation
decisions.
•
Review and standardize electrical protection designs, technical
specifications and scope of work for all power systems related projects.
• Plan, develop, implement and supervise major initiatives for the primary and DR datacenters
• Coordinate planning and execution of corrective and preventive maintenance tasks by the vendors
•
Prepare and manage all documentation associated with specifications,
standards, codes, safety, protection and related equipment.
• Perform Failure analysis to reduce downtime and improve reliability to ensure incidents resolutions within SLA
• Design and implement upgrades to existing systems to overcome obsolescence, preventative and corrective maintenance
• Provide guidance to technicians on power systems troubleshooting and operation
• Conduct research and propose appropriate recommendations on electrical designs and installations for continuous improvements.
• Provide periodic capacity & forecast planning statistics and periodic reports
•
Prepare and maintain spare-part lists; Monitor inventory and ensure
that all the critical parts for power systems are always available for
fault repair and emergency requirements

• Ability to present technical data in a comprehensive, yet clear manner.
• Competency and experience in facility maintenance, operations and management of Electrical Systems
• Concentration and Experience in BMS and DCIM tools

Position: Senior Mechanical Engineering Specialist
Job Purpose
To plan, organize and deliver cost effective and efficient data centers
MEP Systems i.e. cooling, power and fire detection that meet and exceed
business and customers’ expectations in terms of availability,
performance, security and continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities
• Manage all facility services related to power, cooling and building services.
• Perform and supervise all required plant preventive and corrective
maintenance tasks, as well as produce all reports and documentation.
• Manage and execute internal corporate and technical policies and procedures.
• Witness testing of all equipment during startup with construction/installation representatives.
• Respond on an as-need basis to incidents and emergencies

• Implement and enforce corporate safety, health and environmental policies, including activities of external contractors
• Manage stock level to ensure spare part min/max levels are met at all times
• Update the maintenance SOPs, processes and checklists to increase its applicability.

• Incorporate understanding of local and national building codes during installations and maintenance
• Design and review HVAC, electrical, fire alarm, plumbing, and sprinkler systems for various projects using AutoCAD.
• Confer with other consultants, clients, and contractors to resolve
issues and provide technical information/solutions while meeting the
business goals with quality and standards.

Position: Senior Manager; MSE and Business Liabilities
Job Purpose
To
grow and maintain the Asset portfolio of MSE; mobilize all business
banking deposits and manage microfinance segments. Also responsible for
customer engagement platforms such as Business Clubs, Cocktail events,
and partnerships with key stakeholders
Main Responsibilities
Take
a leading role in driving MSE and Liability sales activities, through
networking and promoting MSE activities with Relationship Managers,
Branch Managers and MSE ROs.
Actively build the capacity of Relationship Officers and Relationship Managers
Coordinate and come up with initiatives to improve customers’ engagement platforms
Advise Head of Business Banking on all aspects of the development of Business ensuring that they are well informed
In collaboration with Product team, review and advise the bank on its pricing policy for products periodically
Monitor
and ensure that the bank product delivery process is working properly
and advise management on any changes to improve profitability.
Stay abreast of developments in the market
Collaborate with Marketing, Corporate communication/PR department in promoting business banking products and services.
Collaborate with Product team in developing new products to suit Business Banking customers
Monitor and ensure Business Banking loan portfolio is good and within the acceptable risk levels.
