*Duties*

  • Define measurable business growth objectives, management processes and measures 
  • Develop, execute and manage retail strategy and tactical business plan, taking into account marketing opportunity 
  • Agree target market selection and customer  propositions within the strategy
  • Device and agree product and sales mix 
  • Define measurable business growth objectives,management processes and measures 
  • Define and develop a service-based sales culture 
  • Develop the business cases and the analysis of company's potential,including the physical network and self-service channels

*Requirements*
  • Good general knowledge of various banking operations and banking products 
  • Strong organisational and planning skills to be able to conceptualise and put into practice ideas

We are looking for *Connected Services Solutions (FMS) Leader *

Industry: Automotive

Position: Connected Services Solutions (FMS) Leader 

Reporting to: Service Director

Qualifications:
 Diploma in Business Administration/Marketing Management or related field

Experience:
At least 3-5 years experience Automotive or transport Industry.


  • Previous supervisory experience is an added advantage

Duties

  • Focus on developing the connected solutions recommending suitable actions supporting the target achievements 
  • Continuously monitor and analyse market trends and activities, including monitoring of competitive products 
  • Transfer all necessary data and information from factory to the sales force, acting as a link of communication 
  • Setup and monitor processes fir starting and ending subscriptions, setting invoicing flow, commission structure and support flow
  • Ensure that a package of basic KPIs are compiled for top managements on a monthly basis
  • Product management of Fleet Management 
  • Act as the market's contact with the factory
Requirements

  • Proven organisational and administrative skills 
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and technical awareness of motor vehicle 
  • Communication and sales skills 
  • Effective time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines 
  • Awareness in understanding of health and safety requirements 
  • Active knowledge of the English language 
  • Good computer skills - Ms Office
