Position: Business Planning Manager
Job Purpose
Provide information pertaining to customer and industry performance, analyzing how customers utilize our products and facilities,
Provide key stakeholders recommendations on how to maximize return on our relationships, and take advantage of our position in a rapidly evolving market.
Analyze both product lines and the overall profitability retail business.
Main Responsibilities
  • Business financial planning, analysis, monitoring and reporting:
  • Create detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for retail business.
  • Work in collaboration with Business Support and IT team to develop initiatives and strategies that optimize costs and improve internal and external reporting.
  • Identify problems and opportunities within retail business and ultimately provide solutions to Chief Retail Banking that will help achieve business' goals.
  • Perform professional analysis work related to budgeting control, forecasting, accounting and relationship management.
  • Work with retail leaders & Finance Department to complete yearly budget request and justifications both OPEX & CAPEX Budget for financial year, do monthly and quarterly budget review and ensure Retail team remains within approved budget.
  • Review operational, financial records and reports and make recommendations for improvements, work with retail department heads to compile data necessary to analyze and determine operational and financial efficiency.
  • Conduct research necessary to prepare forecasts of future financial / business conditions
  • Fully provide leadership in analytics with regards to portfolio performance.
  • Support Retail banking leadership in preparing presentations, reports and papers
  • Support Retail Banking in monitoring income accruals and collection.
Administrative:
Provide high-level administrative support to Chief Retail Banking, including preparing reports and handling all retail banking correspondence.
Assist the Chief Retail Banking with scheduling appointments and maintaining his annual calendar; facilitate and act as the meetings secretary of departmental top management meetings.
Support Retail Heads of Department in coordinating pipeline and work-flow.
Exercise discretion with filing of documents, topics/subjects pertaining to all incoming and outgoing information for Chief Retail Banking
Identify priorities and important issues in connection with the day-to-day business needs.
Assist the Chief Retail Banking in coordination of projects, highlighting areas of improvement within the business units.
Maintain and follow-up on any communication or delegated action.
Attributes
Business understanding of key performance levers of Banking business and products, country banking sector performance
Knowledge about various accounting and financial concepts and principles
Strong technology, analytical and communication skills.
Proven analytical background
Advanced Excel skills 
Qualifications and Experience Degree in banking, economics, mathematics, computer science or any other related field.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in business performance management related fields.
Experience in forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis

Position: Network Specialist UCs
Job Purpose

Maintain and support unified communication services (Data, Voice, & Video) that meets and exceeds business and customers’ expectations (availability, performance, security and continuous improvement).
Responsible for different IP Telephony enhancement, Presentations, Boardroom AV facilities, advanced troubleshooting and day-to-day optimizations and support of the entire bank’s Unified Communications infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and ensure optimal operation of all Unified Communication hardware and equipment (routers, switches, servers, TV screens, collaboration endpoints etc.) for the NMB Head Office users, contact center and branch users
  • Conduct research and propose appropriate recommendations on unified communication products, services, protocols, and standards in support of user experience continuous improvements.
  • Provide periodic capacity & forecast planning statistics and periodic reports
  • Consult with the management and design access policy for the acceptable use of the unified communications services which apply to everyone
  • Prepare and maintain spare part lists, monitor inventory and ensure that all the critical parts for unified communications systems is always available for fault repair and emergency requirements for respective zones/branches/HQ Networks.
  • Prepare and maintain entire bank’s UCS infrastructure documentation, and update it regularly to accommodate any change for both Active & Passive devices
  • Review and Support unified communications enhancement of the existing infrastructure through periodic upgrades (hardware & software)
  • Planning, Development, Implementation and supervision of major UCS projects
  • Custodian of UCS hardware (data, voice and video) and configuration items (CI’s) within the bank
  • Supplier Service Contract review and SLA enforcement Management as well as bills validation and reconciliation
  • Work with contact center and vendor technical teams to prospect and develop Cisco Unified Communications design, installation, and support opportunities
  • Responsible for design, staging, configuration, implementation, and support for VoIP & Contact center systems and configurations installations as necessary.

  • Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise technologies
  • Strong knowledge of voice, video and data switches and routers, telecommunications protocols and standards, voice and data infrastructure tools and services, QoS design and operation
  • Knowledge of audio and video conferencing backend systems, Cisco TMS, voice gateways, Cisco MCU, Content Servers, VCS controller and VCS expressway
  • Knowledge of video conferencing protocols, communications and standards, H.323, SIP, E.164, required.
  • Strong planning and organizing skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly, pleasantly and confidently with staff and external organizations both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and be a self-starter, prioritizing work with minimum supervision and work under pressure.
  • Must be committed to self-development and be enthusiastic about acquiring new skills and embracing new technologies
  • Ability to manage network service providers, vendors, contractors, and others.

Qualifications and Experience

Advanced Diploma/Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related academic field
Must have valid CCNP certification
Other Network Professional certifications are an added advantage
3+ years of Cisco technical experience, including design, implementation and support of Cisco Unified Communications solutions.
Hands on experience in basic ACD and IVR solutions

Position: Data Architect
Job type: 2 years fixed contract
Job Purpose
NMB has initiated a program to define and implement a data management regime that will set a foundation for improved data quality. The program entails designing and implementing data architecture, data models, data integration, master data management (MDM) design, reference data management (RDM) design, data quality solutions, data operations design, data warehouse and business intelligence design, data governance structure, document and content management.

The Data Architects will be responsible for the program deliverables and set foundation for the data management office (DMO).

Main Responsibilities
Data Governance:

Identify most critical business data assets and assign data owners, stewards and other data stakeholders.
Create enterprise data conceptual model, data asset logical models, data architecture and give technical advice to the data governance steering committee before making a decision on the data governance initiatives
Define the data strategy for the bank; the data architect will define missions, roadmap, milestones, leadership and team structure, change management, communication and awareness strategies.
Assess Data Impact on new Projects and change decisions; the Architects will assess and advice management on the data governance impact before approval of any new project or change initiative. They will also define framework for future assessments
Coordinating with other domain experts, the architect will define policies, procedures, process, tools and standards for each of the eleven dimensions for data management.
Ensure all data policies, internal and external and data rules are logged in a single portal for transparency.

Business Data Asset Projects:

Create logical data model per data asset
Map each data entity to the correct application (system), database, schema, table and column
Define global data quality rules and get approval from respective data owners
Determine data security and record management classifications for each data asset
Create Data Dictionary/Business Glossary where each data object will be defined and shared to all lines of business to ensure there is an enterprise wide data definition on each data object
Ensure all data assets, their fields and definitions and all data related issues are logged in a single portal for common reference
Design the to-be data architecture, data integration, master data management architecture, reference data architecture, data operations procedures, data warehouse and business intelligence solution
Be the subject matter expert on implementation of the data solutions

Continuous Data Governance maturing:
During and after the program closure, to do regular maturity assessments

Attributes
In-depth understanding of database structure principles
Knowledge of data mining and segmentation techniques
Ability of use Database management, Data modeling and Data visualization tools
Proficiency in MS Excel
Proven analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to effectively train team members and other stakeholders

Qualifications and Experience
BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information and Communication Technology or relevant field
Data Management Body of Knowledge (DAMA DMBOK2) certification or equivalent – preferred
Proven work experience as a Data Architect, Data Scientist, Data Analyst or similar role
Experience in gathering and analyzing system requirements
Experience with project management tools and methodologies
Business Process reengineering experience
Experience with financial industry (preferably banking)
