Purpose
To market and sell Cartrack products & services and ensure that sales targets in a specified area are met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identifying, calling and selling the company products and services to potential customers
• Developing long-term customer relationships in order to promote and reinforce value propositions.
• Promoting products and services to existing key account customers
• Following up on customer requests, orders placed, out of stock situations and all communication to customers.
• Identifying opportunities to grow the market share
• Achieving monthly and yearly sales targets through planning and executing plans for key accounts.
• Obtaining complete knowledge of competitor products and markets.
Experience Required
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Sales Consultant/Key Account Manager
(Sales)
• Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs

Job Title: Control Room Agent
Location: Dar es Salaam – Tanzania
Purpose
To attend promptly to all calls and clients’ cases and to assist with
technical & recovery jobs, in accordance with Cartrack policies and
procedures. To ensure prompt, efficient and effective support to
clients’ inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:• Monitor and respond to incoming events from tracking units by immediately contacting clients to confirm or verify that all is in order with the vehicles.
• Provide support when required for none streaming issues to clients that call directly to Cartrack.
• Attend to inbound calls from clients testing units or requesting positions on vehicles.
• Escalate complex matters to systems support and IT- Support staff.
• Coordinate all control room recoveries.
• Provide weekly reports to Management.
• Identify anomalies or faults from incoming cases.
• Assist the Technical team during installations.
• Attend to all activities during the shift
Experience Required
• 2 years in Call Centre environment (inbound and outbound)
• Experience in an emergency call centre environment an advantage
• Experience dealing with clients

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Advise the company on all issues of KIT and CCTV and Implement Improvements with any other modern technology available on the market
- Provide support to accounting package, preferably SAGE Line 50, and be able to design and Integrate other company function to the system for automatic capturing/recording and reporting of company’s Operational and financial transactions.
- Check and arrange any repairs to internet connectivity both WAN and LAN systems
- Check and make arrangements to repair office computers, printers and Installed software systems, suggesting any improvement! m tandem with, technology advancements.
- Check functionality of CCTV cameras and IP cameras connectivity from remote to DVR in the control room. Ensure clarity on screens and ability to remote recording as desired by the Security Department and other users.
- Make sure DVR retarding and playback systems are functioning properly and security records are kept confidentially
- Replace hard disk once full
- Suggest any Improvements to CCTV camera.
- Be ready to be “on call’! that is, can be summoned at any reasonable time should there be urgent and emergent issues to be attended to.
- Provide support to Clearing and Forwarding Dry Port System of Operations preferably TANCIS and be able to design and integrate other company functions to the system for automatic capturing/recording and reporting of company’s operational activities.
