Director of Quality
Location: east Africa (flexible) with extensive international travel
Duration & Hours: Full time and permanent
Salary: £65,000 per annum

We have an ambitious strategy and business plan that aims to make us one of the leading technical INGO’s working in agriculture, natural resource management and market engagement.

We are looking for a Director of Quality to join our senior management team. You will play a key role in helping to shape the strategy and technical vision of our programmes, as well as having specific responsibility for driving a culture of technical excellence across Farm Africa’s programme portfolio.
You will lead an expert team of technical service providers, monitoring evaluation & learning practitioners and programme support advisors, to build the technical capacity within our programme implementation teams, within a context of dramatic growth.
We are looking for an inspiring, compelling and dynamic leader, with a passion for capacity building and driving quality at a strategic level; you may already have experience of working in an INGO, or you may be working in the commercial sector. We are looking for a Director of Operations & Delivery to join our senior management team. You will be key to leading the efficient, effective delivery and continuous improvement of Farm Africa’s programme portfolio and will manage our country offices in east Africa.
You will strategically lead our country directors and business development team to deliver high-quality, technically expert programmes that are shaped by our technical vision and organisational learning, and deliver maximum impact for the communities that we work with.
We are looking for an experienced leader in programme implementation, who is adept in leading the management of donor/partner relationships, and is able to strategically lead the acquisition of £20,000,000 to £30,000,000 of funding annually.

Head of Programme Support
Location: East Africa (flexible) with extensive international travel
Duration & Hours: Full time and permanent
Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 per annum

We have an ambitious strategy and business plan that aims to make us one of the leading technical INGO’s working in agriculture, natural resource management and market engagement.
We are looking for a Head of Programme Support to join our Programme Quality team. You will play a key role in embedding technical expertise and continuous improvement across Farm Africa’s programme portfolio. You will develop and deliver induction, tools and training that builds technical capacity within our programme implementation teams.
You will also lead the delivery of direct support, with a particular focus on efficient and effective programme start-up, improved burn rates, cost recovery and security management.
If you have detailed and in-depth knowledge of programme management in Africa (or another developing country) and a proven track record of managing, mentoring and capacity building programme implementation staff, then we would love to hear from you.
