Job Title: External Affairs Officers (2 Positions) (Extended)

In order to strengthen our External Affairs Team, we are looking for a Self driven Fundraiser who can identify and engage new strategic partners independently, maintains donor relationships and may manage small portfolio grants.
The role
The External Affairs Officer is a member of CCBRT’s External Alliances Team, that works towards a vision of a sustainable CCBRT with accessible specialized health services by identifying and engaging new and existing strategic partners through fundraising, communications and grants-related activities. S/he will initiate and or coordinate research and identification of potential new donors, support quality communications activities by editing/reviewing materials, manage visitors and support effective grant reporting (by liaising with internal stakeholders for data, content, etc). The External Affairs Officer may be responsible for managing a small portifolio of grants.

Job Title: Physiotherapist

In order to strengthen our Clubfoot Programme, we are looking for a dynamic Physiotherapist who helps the team implementing the planned improvement initiatives.
The role
Provide quality physiotherapy services (including counseling) at the clubfoot clinic to CCBRT clients and contribute to the positive experience and outcome for those clients.
Establish and support the quality improvements initiatives, which include the continuous assessment of quality standards in the clubfoot clinic, review existing standards; help to assess technical competencies of the clubfoot team, provide coaching and assist in facilitation team review meetings.
Be a team player that is punctual, committed and execute tasks that are to be completed by the team. Collaborate closely with the other staff in the OPD and the clubfoot clinic. Ensure administration regarding patients is completed as per CCBRT guidelines and systems.

Job Title: Infrastructure Support Team Lead

The Infrastructure Support Team Lead’s role is to ensure smooth, secure and stable operations of the Organization’s Information Technology Infrastructure. This includes developing, maintaining, supporting and optimizing key functional areas, particularly network infrastructure, server infrastructure, data communications, and Backup strategies and telecommunications systems. The team lead therefore plans, organizes and manages a dynamic team, facilitates scientific problem solving and daily huddles, ensures timely preparation and submission of monthly and quarterly reports and participates actively in cross functional project
teams to provide the best and innovative solutions to the needs of the clients

It is the largest indigenous provider of ophthalmic and rehabilitation services in the country. CCBRT aims to be the leading provider of accessible specialized health services in Africa and serves as healthcare social enterprise and through development programmes the community and the most vulnerable. Committed to preventing lifelong disabilities wherever possible, CCBRT is also engaged in extensive maternal and newborn healthcare (MNHC) activities including obstetric fistula repairs and is currently constructing a Maternity and Newborn Hospital.
We are looking for a selfmotivated plumber to join our support service department.
The role
You are role includes, repairing cracks corridors, roads and painting, repair and replace all water taps and ensure all taps/toilets and water sinks are in good working order, checking and cleaning soak pit and drainage chambers , Checking and ensuring that the hospital has enough water supply in storage reserve tanks, clean work sites. 
The candidate
 Ordinary level Certificate of Education
 Certificate in Plumbing eg Trade test 1 or VETA
 Two years of experience
 Experience on mason and painting will be added advantage
 Able to work both independent and as part of a team
 An energetic and flexible team member,
 Has good communication
 Able to resolve issues pro actively
