JOB PURPOSE:-
To
implement and pilot this project Amref Health Africa in Tanzania seeks a
Sanitation Project Manager for Mwanza urban work, who will be
responsible for the management, implementation, and supervision of
pro-poor solid waste and feacal sludge management activities and ensure
proper coordination with the other programmes to promote integrated
approaches. As a middle manager, you will follow up and supervise the
implementation of interventions, scrutinize plans and reports to ensure
there is coherence between projects towards the attainment of the
Country Strategic Plan. The project manager will participate in relevant
country programme resources mobilization initiatives that aim to
sustain the programme development

Position: Project Officer - Construction (1
Location: Amref Health Africa in Simiyu – Bariadi DC

The vacancy is open only for Tanzanian Nationals
To
lead and provide technical/engineering support on construction work
(rehabilitation/renovation) for Uzazi Uzima Project in Simiyu Region, in
all proposed health facilities, in terms of infrastructures and
sanitation facilities including improving water sanitation and hygiene
(WASH) conditions through borehole drillings and water supply network
infrastructures of health centers (HCs) and dispensaries. Also, to
support the Project Manager in the implementation of Uzazi Uzima II
project to ensure timely implementation of project construction
activities to achieve the project goals and targets.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
